Call for Papers: Society for the Advancement of Socio-Economics (SASE)

I welcome your paper proposals for the Gender, Work, and Family sessions at the 17th Annual SASE (Society for the Advancement of Socio-economics) Meeting, Budapest, June 30 - July 2, 2005. www.sase.org

The Gender, Work, and Family Network, organized by Diane-Gabrielle Tremblay and myself, will offer several sessions. This network focuses on exploring the current state and the changes in institutions concerned with gender, family, and workplace organization. The network focuses on cultural definitions of the institutions of work and family, cultural, social, and political barriers that prevent positive integration of family and work, gender inequalities in work and family, and the inter-relationships of gendered roles across these institutions.

Please upload your abstract (200 words or less) at the website, www.sase.org/conf2005/callforpapers/proposeapaper.html
